Bill's Tangy Cold Appetizers Recipe

  1. Blend cream cheese, green pepper flakes, olives, onion and Tabasco sauce with a fork in a medium size bowl.
  2. Shape mix into a round ball.
  3. Roll in parsley flakes till covered slightly, pressing flakes against ball as you roll it.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Present on platter surrounded by snack crackers.
  6. NOTES: This will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  7. You can add in fresh sprigs of parsley around base of ball for an added festive touch.
