Egg Pizza Breakfast Recipe
- 2 pkg. oven ready biscuits
- 1 reg. size breakfast sausage
- 1 sm. green pepper, minced
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 5 lg. Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- In 9 x 12 inch baking pan spread rolls.
- All rolls should be pressed together and cover the bottom of pan.
- Cook sausage and drain grease.
- Spread sausage, minced green pepper and onion on top of rolls.
- Mix 5 Large eggs and 3/4 c. lowfat milk together then pour proportionately over top of rolls.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over top.
- Bake 350 degrees 30 to 40 min.
- Let cold for 5 min, cut and serve.
- Note: Substitute sausage with bacon.
- Add in a sixth egg if you want.
