Chesapeake Bay Crab Imperial Recipe

  1. Remove any shell from crabmeat.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, pimento, salt, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.
  3. Pour over crabmeat and mix lightly.
  4. Place in well greased individual shells.
  5. Top each with a teaspoonful of mayonnaise.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min till brown.
  7. Back fin (lump meat) is the whole lump of white meat from the large body muscles.
