Adobong Puti
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 bayleaf
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 dried red chili pepper
- 4 tbsp fisf sauce
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- Season the chicken with salt.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the chicken drumsticks.
- When they get browned, remove them from the pan.
- In the same pan, cook the onion and garlic for about 1 minute.
- Add the tomato and cook for about 1 minute.
- Add the chicken drumsticks back and mix with the onion and tomato.
- Add the sauce and chili to the pan.
- Cook with a lid for about 20 minutes.
