Adobong Puti

  1. Season the chicken with salt.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the chicken drumsticks.
  3. When they get browned, remove them from the pan.
  4. In the same pan, cook the onion and garlic for about 1 minute.
  5. Add the tomato and cook for about 1 minute.
  6. Add the chicken drumsticks back and mix with the onion and tomato.
  7. Add the sauce and chili to the pan.
  8. Cook with a lid for about 20 minutes.
