Lemon Ginger Dip
- 1 qt. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
- 1 qt. Plain lowfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup preserved ginger, chopped
- Mix all ingredients with wire whisk until well blended.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
- Spoon 2 Tbsp.
- of the dip into each of 64 small portion cups (or 8 portion cups for the trial recipe).
- Serve with sliced apples or pears; seedless grapes; or toasted pound cake or angel food cake cubes for dipping.
