Party Popcorn & Nuts

  1. Heat oven to 250F.
  2. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil; spray foil with no-stick cooking spray.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine popcorn and nuts in bowl; set aside.
  5. Combine butter, syrup and brown sugar in 1-quart saucepan.
  6. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 4-6 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil.
  7. Continue cooking 1 minute.
  8. Pour butter mixture over popcorn mixture; stir well to coat.
  9. Spoon into prepared pan.
  10. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven; sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  12. Cool completely in pan.
  13. Break up pieces.
  14. Place into large serving bowl; sprinkle with candy corn.
  15. Store in food container with tight-fitting lid.
