Spiced Hot Chocolate

• 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp. Chinese five-spice powder
• 3/4 cup water
• 2-1/4 qt. (9 cups) milk
• 3 cups half-and-half
• 1-1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in large saucepan.
2. Stir in water.
3. Cook and stir on medium heat 3 to 4 min.
4. or until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended.
5. Add milk and half-and-half; stir.
6. Cook 5 min.
7. on medium-low heat or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
8. Serve topped with marshmallows.
