Spiced Hot Chocolate
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. Chinese five-spice powder
- 3/4 cup water
- 2-1/4 qt. (9 cups) milk
- 3 cups half-and-half
- 1-1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- Combine first 4 ingredients in large saucepan.
- Stir in water.
- Cook and stir on medium heat 3 to 4 min.
- or until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended.
- Add milk and half-and-half; stir.
- Cook 5 min.
- on medium-low heat or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Serve topped with marshmallows.
