Peach Crumble
- 200 grams plain flour
- 200 grams butter
- 100 grams caster sugar
- 825 grams tinned peaches, drained
- 100 grams rolled oats or flaked almonds
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Mix together the peaches and jam and spread in a baking dish.
- Rub the butter into the flour, oats and sugar to form crumbs.
- Spread over the peach mixture.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream.
