Peach Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Mix together the peaches and jam and spread in a baking dish.
  3. Rub the butter into the flour, oats and sugar to form crumbs.
  4. Spread over the peach mixture.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
