Chris's Summer Veggie Low Carb Pasta

  1. salt boiling water & cook pasta ... strain & put aside
  2. in same pot add 1 tablespoon of e.v.o.o.
  3. on medium heat & add thinly sliced onion
  4. slice cherry tomatoes in half & add to pot with rest of veggies...cook for only a couple of minutes and remove pot from flame
  5. add pasta to the bowl with veggies & add spices & cheese & 1 tablespoon of e.v.o.o.
  6. ... mix well & serve

pasta, red onion, green peas, cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, salt, black pepper, red pepper, parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil
