Brussel Bacon Mash
- 5 slices bacon
- 10 -12 ounces Brussels sprouts
- 14 cup balsamic vinegar
- 14 cup beef stock
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- render out the fat from the bacon till its nice and brown but not burnt then i add my chopped up brussel sprouts bout 10 to 12 oz cropping them with brown edges but again not burning them keep tossing so it all mixes up nicely then add about 1/4 cup of the vinegar and 1/4 beef stock and boli so the sprouts can like wilt drain out the liquid in a bowl and mashed potatoes with sprouts and bacon and can add sauce as a gravy or eat with out just as flavorful and tasty.
