Cranberry Apple Bread

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda; set aside.
  2. Mix apples, sugar and margarine in large bowl.
  3. Add egg product; mix well.
  4. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
  5. (Batter will be thick.)
  6. gently stir in cranberries and walnuts.
  7. Spread batter into greased 8x4-inch loaf pan.
  8. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Let stand in pan 10 minutes.
  10. Remove from pan.
  11. Cool completely on wire rack.
