Tangy Apricot Fish

  1. Arrange fish in baking casserole that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Bake at 450 degrees, uncovered, for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Drain any liquid.
  4. Mix remamining ingredients and pour over fish.
  5. Bake for 2 minutes longer to heat sauce.
