Dinkum Chili
- 500 grams bacon
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 kg kangaroo meat chopped, red
- 500 grams kangaroo meat chopped, grey
- 500 grams emu ham ground
- 31 1/2 grams red chili peppers tasmanian, light
- 31 1/2 grams chili, canned wooroorooks
- 26 1/2 grams red chili peppers dark, mount isa
- 140 grams oregano
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 each white onion
- 1 each onions brown, chopped
- 2 each celery stalks chopped
- 1 each green bell peppers diced
- 2 each garlic cloves
- 740 ml beer australian
- 1 can tomatoes whole
- Combine all ingredients and simmer until ready to serve.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
