Tourtierre (Meat Pies) Recipe

  1. Peel and boil potatoes.
  2. In large pan cook meat and onions till thoroughly cooked.
  3. Mash potatoes and mix with meat mix.
  4. Add in all spices and mix throughout.
  5. Put mix in 3 (9-inch) pie plates with top and bottom crusts.
  6. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 30 min or possibly till golden brown.
