Guinness Beer Tiramisu
- 3 eggs
- 60 granulated sugar
- 250 mascarpone cheese
- 200 grams ladyfingers
- 1/2 can Guinness or any dark beer
- 1 unsweetened cocoa powder
- Separate yolks from egg whites
- Beat yolks with half of the sugar
- Add mascarpone cheese to the yolks and stir
- Beat egg whites gently adding the rest of the sugar; keep beating until stiff
- Gently mix the two above (yolks and whites) together, using a spoon from below upwards
- Put a first thin layer of custard at the bottom of your casserole
- Soak each ladyfinger in Guinness for just a second
- Create a layer of ladyfinger upon the custard one
- Cover with custard
- Second ladyfingers layer!
- Cover again with our Tiramisu custard
- Sprinkle cocoa powder all over and put Tiramisu in the refrigerator for 2 hours before eating
