Rich Stir-fried Pork Belly and Nagaimo Yam with Oyster Sauce

  1. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and slice the yamaimo yam into thin batons.
  2. Combine the seasonings.
  3. Heat a little of vegetable oil ( not included in the ingredients list) and fry the pork.
  4. When its colour is changed add the nagaimo yam and fry.
  5. After the pork and yamaimo yam are fried add the seasonings combined at Step 2 and stir well.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish.
  7. Garnish with chopped spring onion if you like.
  8. It is optional.
