Chicken onion cups

  1. Preheat oven 425 Fahrenheit
  2. Boil the chicken in water, salt, and celery.
  3. Boil till chicken is done.
  4. Cut two onions in half lengthwise.
  5. Hollow them out..set into a cupcake pan
  6. Shred the chicken add to a pan with butter, paprika, pepper, inside of onions, chopped sweet peppers, garlic, and parsley.
  7. Add some of the chicken water.
  8. Just to keep moist.
  9. When onions and peppers are soft, add chicken mixture to hollowed onions.
  10. Then top with cheese bake in oven 20-25 minutes.
  11. Serve I hope you enjoy!
