Garlic Black Pepper Shrimp

  1. Season the peeled shrimp with the seasoned salt; set aside.
  2. Melt butter in skillet, add shrimp and tossing to cook until pink.
  3. Sprinkle lemon juice, oregano, black pepper and garlic over the shrimp.
  4. Simmer 12-15 minutes, stirring occassionaly; do not overcook.
  5. Adjust salt to taste if needed.
  6. Serve with warm French bread to soak up sauce.
