Greyhound Cocktail Recipe

• Ice cubes
• 2 ounces vodka
• 4 ounces freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (from about 2 medium grapefruits)
• 1 teaspoon simple syrup (optional)

1. Fill a chilled Old Fashioned glass halfway with ice cubes.
2. Add the vodka and grapefruit juice, stir, and taste.
3. Too tart?
4. Add the simple syrup, stir again, and serve.
