Minted Citrus Salad (Ww Core)

  1. Serve immediately or transfer to a container and refrigerate up to 2 days.
  2. Top each portion with 1 tablespoon of yogurt before serving.
  3. Garnish with slivered mint leaves if desired.
  4. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
  5. Add fruit segments to bowl, stir in mint, cover and chill.
