Baked Goats' Cheese With French Bean Salad Recipe
- 50 gm Sliced goats' cheese
- 3 slc Parma ham
- 125 gm French beans, topped and tailed
- 2 Tbsp. Snipped chives
- 50 gm Hazelnuts, minced
- 1 1/2 x Oranges
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar Salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 200c/400f.
- 1 Wrap the goats' cheese in the Parma ham.
- Place in a ovenproof dish and bake in the oven for 5-6 min.
- Blanch the beans in salted water for four min, drain and refresh in cool water.
- 2 Halve and put in a bowl with the chives and hazelnuts.
- Peel and segment one orange and add in.
- Add in the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and juice of the half orange.
- Season and serve with the baked goats' cheese.
