Carrot Cake Smoothie
- 4 jars ( ounces each) baby food carrots
- 1 cup vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 ice cubes
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
- Combine baby food, frozen yogurt, milk, sugar, ice, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg in blender; blend until smooth.
- Pour into four glasses.
- Serve immediately.
