Vickys Creamy Garlic Mushrooms

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat and add the sliced mushrooms and garlic
  2. Cook until the mushrooms brown and release their liquid.
  3. If no liquid comes out add 2 tablespoons of water, vegetable stock or milk of choice
  4. Turn the heat down to medium low then add the cream cheese, chopped herbs and salt & pepper, stirring until a sauce forms.
  5. Don't turn the heat up too high or the sauce will split.
  6. Just heat it through
  7. Serve over toast, garlic bread, chicken, pork, steak or pasta
