Steaks with Green Sauce
- 2 boneless top loin steaks
- Cooking spray
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 2 c. Parsley
- 13 c. cornichons
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. water
- Lightly spray steaks with nonstick cooking spray; season with salt and pepper.
- Heat grill pan on medium-high until hot.
- Cook steaks 8 to 10 minutes or until desired doneness (140 degrees F for medium-rare), turning over once.
- Transfer to cutting board.
- In sm.
- bowl, whisk parsley, cornichons and their juice, olive oil, and water.
- Serve steaks with sauce.
