Steaks with Green Sauce

• 2 boneless top loin steaks
• Cooking spray
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. Pepper
• 2 c. Parsley
• 13 c. cornichons
• 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tbsp. water

1. Lightly spray steaks with nonstick cooking spray; season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat grill pan on medium-high until hot.
3. Cook steaks 8 to 10 minutes or until desired doneness (140 degrees F for medium-rare), turning over once.
4. Transfer to cutting board.
5. In sm.
6. bowl, whisk parsley, cornichons and their juice, olive oil, and water.
7. Serve steaks with sauce.
