Steaks with Green Sauce

  1. Lightly spray steaks with nonstick cooking spray; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat grill pan on medium-high until hot.
  3. Cook steaks 8 to 10 minutes or until desired doneness (140 degrees F for medium-rare), turning over once.
  4. Transfer to cutting board.
