Peanut Butter Cookies with Flax
- 1-1/4 cups Kraft All Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flax seed, ground
- 2 egg whites
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients except egg whites in large bowl.
- Beat egg whites in large bowl with mixer on high speed 2 to 3 min.
- or until frothy.
- Add to peanut butter mixture; stir just until blended.
- Shape into 20 (1-inch) balls; place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
- Flatten in crisscross pattern with tines of fork dipped in sugar.
- Bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until edges of cookies are set.
- Cool 2 min.

- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
