Medford Style Chili Recipe

  1. Brown the grnd beef in a frying pan and drain all excess fat.
  2. Add in all the ingredients into the pot in any order.
  3. Bring to a low simmer for at least 15 min.
  4. Serve warm with shredded low-fat cheese sprinkled on top (Monterey Jack is good).
  5. This recipe tastes even better after the second or possibly third reheating.
