Medford Style Chili Recipe
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 lg. stalk broccoli (minced)
- 1 zucchini (minced)
- 1 can yellow corn
- Chili pwdr to taste
- Brown the grnd beef in a frying pan and drain all excess fat.
- Add in all the ingredients into the pot in any order.
- Bring to a low simmer for at least 15 min.
- Serve warm with shredded low-fat cheese sprinkled on top (Monterey Jack is good).
- This recipe tastes even better after the second or possibly third reheating.
