Pineapple Tiramisu
- 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple slices in heavy syrup, undrained
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) crisp ladyfingers
- Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
- Cut pineapple slices into quarters.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer in small bowl until blended.
- Blend in 1/4 cup of the reserved syrup.
- Brush ladyfingers with remaining syrup.
- Place 2 ladyfingers on each of 5 serving plates; top each with 2 Tbsp.
- cream cheese mixture and 2 ladyfingers.
- Spoon 1 Tbsp.
- cream cheese mixture over each dessert.
- Top evenly with pineapple pieces.
