Baked Tomato and Basil Spread

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  3. of the Parmesan cheese; set aside.
  4. Mix remaining Parmesan cheese with the mayo, mozzarella cheese and dressing mix in medium bowl.
  5. Add tomatoes and basil; mix lightly.
  6. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish; sprinkle with reserved Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake 18 to 20 min.
  8. or until heated through.
  9. Serve with RITZ Crackers and assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
