KRAFT BBQ Beef Fajitas

  1. Mix 1 cup of the barbecue sauce, the lime juice and water until well blended; set aside.
  2. Score both sides of steak by making shallow cuts in surface.
  3. Place steak in glass dish.
  4. Pour barbecue sauce mixture over steak; cover.
  5. Refrigerate several hours or overnight to marinate.
  6. Drain; discard marinade.
  7. Preheat greased grill to medium heat.
  8. Grill steak, peppers and onions 12 to 14 min.
  9. or until steak is cooked to medium doneness (160F) and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
  10. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  11. Coarsely chop vegetables.
  12. Spoon steak and vegetables evenly onto tortillas; roll up.
