Cocktail Meatballs

  1. Mix thoroughly beef, egg, soy powder and salt; shape into 50 small 1/2 inch.
  2. meatballs.
  3. Arrange in shallow baking pan (12 x 8 x 2 inches).
  4. Broil 4 inches.
  5. from heat until browned; turn once.
  6. Pour off fat.
  7. Meanwhile, in sauce-pan, cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
  8. Add meatballs and remaining ingredients.
  9. Cover; cook over low heat 10 minutes.
  10. Stir occasionally.
