Chili
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1 (20 ounce) can kidney beans
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- spices
- salt and pepper
- Brown ground turkey in skillet.
- Add tomatoes, onion, olive oil, tomato paste, kidney beans, honey, and balsamic viinegar.
- Cook in a slow cooker on high for 3 hours.
- Add spices and salt and pepper to taste.
- I like cinnamon, smoked paprika, and cocoa.
