Tangerine-Campari Granite
- 2 cups (470g) fresh tangerine juice
- 1/4 cup (50g) sugar
- 1/3 cup (75g) Campari
- Put 1/2 cup of the tangerine juice in a small saucepan with the sugar and heat, stirring, until the sugar is dissolved.
- Combine with the remaining 1 1/2 cups juice and the Campari.
- Pour into a baking dish and freeze for at least 8 hours.
- To serve, scrape across the top of the granite with a fork to make small crystals.
