Tangerine-Campari Granite

  1. Put 1/2 cup of the tangerine juice in a small saucepan with the sugar and heat, stirring, until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Combine with the remaining 1 1/2 cups juice and the Campari.
  3. Pour into a baking dish and freeze for at least 8 hours.
  4. To serve, scrape across the top of the granite with a fork to make small crystals.
