Yellow Vegetable Saute

  1. Heat butter and oil in large frying pan.
  2. Saute leek and garlic 1 minute.
  3. Toss through remaining vegetables except tomatoes.
  4. Saute 2 minutes.
  5. Blend through tomatoes and vinegar.
  6. Cook stirring 1 minute more.
  7. Serve immediately.
