Easy Matcha Green Tea Uiro in the Microwave
- 70 grams Cake flour
- 30 grams Katakuriko
- 70 grams Sugar
- 300 ml Water
- 10 grams Matcha
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until all the lumps are gone.
- Line a container with plastic wrap ...
- Pour through a strainer and into the container.
- Dissolve any powder left in the tea strainer into the mixture.
- Lightly cover with plastic wrap or loosely covered with a lid.
- Microwave for 5-6 minutes.
- The uiro can be simply cooled as is, or molded with a bamboo mat and cooled.
