Blue Cheese Bread, Maytag Recipe

• 1/4 c. hot water (80 degrees)
• 1 c. buttermilk (80 degrees)
• 8 ounce crumbled Maytag Blue Cheese (room temperature)
• 3 c. bread flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 tsp baking pwdr
• 1 pkt yeast

1. Place ingredients in bread pan in the order listed above.
2. Bake at white bread setting.
3. Slice while hot & enjoy.
