Cheesy Broccoli Soup

  1. In large sauce pan, bring water and bouillon to a boil.
  2. Add broccoli, reduce heat; cover and simmer for 3-4minutes or until crisp tender.
  3. Drain, reserving 3/4 cup liquid.
  4. In another large sauce pan saute onion in butter until tender.
  5. Whisk in flour until blended.
  6. Add the milk and cheese.
  7. Cook over med-low heat until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
  8. Stir in broccoli and reserved cooking liquid.
