Aunt Linda's Goulash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 12 cup catsup
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt
- pepper
- 12 lb short cut pasta (I use rotini)
- parmesan cheese
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat a skillet over medium high heat.
- Add ground beef and onion.
- Saute until meat is done and drain any fat.
- Add tomato sauce, worcestershire, catsup, brown sugar, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Stir well.
- When sauce is heated through add pasta to combine.
- Top with parmesan cheese.
