Rose Iced Tea

  1. Place the petals at the bottom of the teapot.
  2. Boil the water and pour the water into the teapot.
  3. Let the tea brew for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your taste.
  4. Strain into a cup and cool to room temperature.
  5. Pour over ice in a tall glass and add the carbonated water.
  6. Stir the sugar into the tea, if desired, and garnish with sliced fresh strawberries.
