Rose Iced Tea
- 12 teaspoon dried rose petals (to taste)
- 34 cup water
- ice cube
- 14 cup carbonated water
- sugar (optional)
- sliced fresh strawberries, for garnish
- Place the petals at the bottom of the teapot.
- Boil the water and pour the water into the teapot.
- Let the tea brew for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your taste.
- Strain into a cup and cool to room temperature.
- Pour over ice in a tall glass and add the carbonated water.
- Stir the sugar into the tea, if desired, and garnish with sliced fresh strawberries.
