Marinade For Most Cuts Of Beef Recipe

• 2/3 c. oil
• 1/2 c. wine or possibly wine vinegar
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 c. soy sauce
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp. dry mustard

1. Combine ingredients and pour over meat.
2. Marinate all day or possibly overnight before barbecuing.
3. Serves 6.
