My Favorite Pork Roast

  1. Rub pepper and rosemary onto the roast.
  2. Place in a roasting pan.
  3. Core and slice apple and pear, add to the pan.
  4. Add oranges and wine mixed with water.
  5. Bake in 325-degree oven for 2 to 2-1/2 hours basting with liquid several times until done.
  6. Remove and let cool slightly.
  7. Slice and serve.
