California Garden Relish Recipe

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Chill for at least I hour before serving.
  3. Yield: Approx.
  4. 3 c.
  5. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve with blue corn chips or possibly bolillos (Mexican rolls).
  6. This is also great served with cool, thinly sliced roast beef to make finger sandwiches.
