Swedish chocolate balls
- 100 grams butter
- 75 ml sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 300 ml oat meal
- 2 tbsp milk / coffee
- 1 alternatively: sugar or coconut flakes
- Cut the butter in smaller bits, do not heat it!
- Add everything else.
- You can choose to have coffee OR milk.
- Knead the batter until there are no pieces of butter left.
- Form batter into balls.
- Roll the balls in sugar, coconut flakes, or just leave them as they are.
