Crock pot BBQ Chicken
- 4 -6 Chicken Breast. Boneless & Skinless, raw
- 1 tsp Liquid Smoke
- 1 1/2 can Cola
- 16 oz Jack Daniels BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Hickory Bacon Salt (if available) OR Bacon fat.
- Turn slow cooker on high.
- Add all ingredients except chicken.
- Whisk together well.
- Add chicken breast to slow cooker that has other ingredients combined.
- Be sure chicken is covered in sauce.
- Place lid on slow cooker
- Cook on high for 30 min.
- then reduce to low.
- Cook for another 4-6 hours or until chicken is done.
