Sesame Tofu

  1. Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and mix over a low heat with a rubber spatula until it starts to thicken.
  2. Transfer to a container and cover the surface with plastic wrap.
  3. When it has cooled down, let it sit in the fridge to chill and harden.
  4. It's nice as-is, or with wasabi or soy sauce.
  5. It will be nice and soft if you add it to miso soup!
