Chicken and TATER TOTS Pot Pie
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen vegetable blend (broccoli, corn, red peppers)
- 1/2 cup ORE-IDA Chopped Onions
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken King Sooper's 1 lb For $1.19 thru 02/09
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 4 cups (1/2 of 32-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add frozen mixed vegetables and onions; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally.
- Add chicken, soup, milk and thyme; mix well.
- Cook 3 min., stirring occasionally.
- Spoon into 11x7-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with TATER TOTS.
- Bake 45 min.
- or until chicken mixture is heated through and TATER TOTS are golden brown.
