Homemade Taco Seasoning
- 1/4 cups Chili Powder
- 1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Dried Minced Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder Or Minced Dried Garlic
- 3 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- With a wire whisk, combine all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl.
- Stir until well-combined, then pour into a resealable plastic bag.
- Label with the date and contents.
- When youre ready to make tacos:
- Brown 1 pound of beef, turkey, or protein of choice.
- Add 1/4 cup of the taco seasoning mix and about 1/2 cup of water.
- Bring mixture to a boil and cook and stir for 2 minutes.
- Taco time!
