Watermelon Lime Pops
- 1 Lime
- 6 cups Watermelon Chunks, Seeds Removed
- 1 Tablespoon Honey, Or Less If The Melon Is Sweet Enough
- 1 pinch Salt
- Juice the lime, then toss the juice and everything else into a blender and whiz it until everything is nice and smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solidat least 3 hours.
- Note: My mold makes 10 popsicles, and there will be extra watermelon mixture left over.
- You can freeze the first batch, and wrap them up and freeze another round, or you can drink the watermelon mixture as is (yummyagua fresca).
