Spinach & Tempura Crumbs Creamy Simmer

  1. Boil the spinach firm, then drain and wring.
  2. Cut the spinach and mushrooms into about 3 cm.
  3. Add ingredients to the dashi.
  4. Then add the spinach and mushrooms and boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add tempura crumbs and toss.
  6. Add the water-dissolved katakuriko to thicken and it's complete.
