Something My Husband Threw Together

  1. Slice squash and zuccini in thin slices about 1/4 inch thick
  2. Dice tomato and onion
  3. Chop chilli pepper
  4. Place all veggies in 4 quart saucepan, cover with water
  5. Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes or until veggies are fork tender.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
