Baked Apples with Brie and Honey

• 4 large baking apples
• 8 oz. brie, sliced
• 3 tbsp. honey
• 2 tbsp. chopped walnuts

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Halve the apples horizontally.
2. Top the bottom with brie, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with walnuts.
3. Transfer to a baking dish and bake until apples are soft and bubbly and cheese is oozy, 35 minutes.
